Payment Methods and Reserving a Doll Payment is accepted in the form of Paypal, money order, or personal check. Purchases made by check are held up to 10 days for clearance. There is a $35 fee for all returned checks. Mail-in orders please contact us to reserve your doll and to get further information. For mail-in payments, we will put the doll of your choice "on hold" for 10 days while awaiting payment. You must contact us to reserve a doll before mailing any order to us! If payment is not received after the 10-day period, the doll will return to available status and will be available for other customers to purchase.
Shipping - USA Dolls are shipped within 5 business days of payment clearance. All dolls shipped in the USA include postal insurance and signature confirmation. If you wish to waive signature delivery, please be advised that we cannot be held responsible for packages left unattended and this may void any insurance. Please make a note on your order if you wish to waive signature delivery. Most dolls ship for between $12.00 - $16.00, depending on weight. Large dolls and accessories may run a bit more. Mannequins are very heavy and require special shipping and handling, often in the $150-$200 range. If you are in the Daytona Beach, FL area, pick-up is available for mannequins, but you must make arrangements with us prior to ordering.
Shipping - Outside USA International customers must contact us before ordering to arrange for shipping method and adjusted shipping rates. Please be advised that many couriers do not offer tracking services or shipping insurance for overseas deliveries. While we have shipped several dolls overseas and haven't lost one yet, please be advised that there is always the possibility of this with dolls shipped outside the USA. We will try to assist in any way possible, but we cannot be held responsible for lost packages or those held up in customs. You may also be subject to fees or taxes for imported merchandise, depending on your area. These charges are out of our control. Check with your local postal services to find out if any fees apply.
Returns & Lost Packages All of these dolls are sold "as is" and are not returnable. In the event that a doll is damaged in our shop, we will list any problems with it in the description page. Any packages returned to us are treated as being abandoned by purchaser. All dolls shipped in the USA are accompanied by postal insurance. In the event that your package is damaged in shipping, please contact us within 3 days and we will send you the information you will need to file a claim with the courier. Insurance coverage is for the price of the merchandise only, and does not cover shipping charges. All packages in the USA are also sent with signature confirmation in order to help us track your package and insure proper delivery. We will provide you with the tracking number and approx. delivery date when we ship your package. You do have the option to waive the signature requirement for delivery, but we cannot be held accountable for any lost or stolen packages if this service is waived.
